Send In Policy and Rules

Thank you for trusting Legends Memorabilia Collection with your memorabilia. Before shipping your item, please review the following guidelines to help ensure it is handled and signed according to your instructions.

Clearly label each item with your name, preferred pen color and type, requested signature placement, and any inscription instructions. While we will make every effort to follow your requests, exact placement and signature appearance cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways. Please include a prepaid return shipping label with your item. Customers who would like additional insurance should make sure the desired coverage is applied to the return label before sending it.

All items and inscription requests are subject to athlete approval. Athletes have final discretion over what they will sign and which inscriptions they will complete. If an item or inscription is declined, the item will be returned and the applicable autograph or inscription fee will be refunded.

Signature results may vary by item and surface. Glossy, textured, coated, game-used, or specialty materials may affect how the autograph appears or adheres. Legends Memorabilia Collection is not responsible for variations caused by the condition or surface of the submitted item.
